General
Guests should arrive by 5:30 p.m. to enjoy a tour of the Snipes Farm, prepare for dinner, and to enjoy live music.
Dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. and the evening is expected to end at 8:30 p.m.

The night is filled with conversation, dinner, and dancing. Guests are encouraged to dress smart-casual for outdoor dining and consider footwear that is appropriate for walking on a hay-covered barn floor. If you are going on the farm tour, consider bringing outdoor footwear, especially if it is, or has recently been, raining.
If you buy a table for 6, this space will be set aside for you. If you are coming with friends but did not buy a table for 6, arrive early so you can sit together. If you are worried about this, contact keller@pennsburykids.org,(mailto:keller@pennsburykids.org) and she will make a note to hold space for your group.
Guests are encouraged to bring their picnic dinner, beverages (including beer and wine), and anything else needed to enjoy their meal (e.g., plates, flatware, napkins). Prepackaged dinners will be available for purchase by pre-order ONLY. Coolers and food deliveries are welcomed. Many guests also bring appetizers or charcuterie boards to share with friends. We’ve seen everything from steak dinners to boxed pizza!
A golf cart is available to help those who need assistance to get from the parking lot to the registration area and tables. Please do not hesitate to alert a volunteer to your needs.

Tickets are non-refundable, rain or shine. The purpose of the evening is to support hunger relief in Lower Bucks. Your ticket purchase is considered a donation to the 501(c)3 charitable host organizations and is tax-deductible. These three organizations work tirelessly to assist parents and guardians with feeding their families. If you would like to transfer your ticket, please email keller@pennsburykids.org (mailto:keller@pennsburykids.org)and provide the name of the new participant to add to the check-in list.

To pay for sponsorships by check, download the mail-in registration form found under the sponsorships tab. Deadline for sponsorships is May 23, 2025.

Ardana in Newtown is preparing boxed meals, which can be purchased for $35 (fees included) and are available when you click “Tickets” on the main menu. You will pick up your meal at the event.
1. Pasta Salad with Salmon: bowtie pasta tossed in a garlic vinaigrette with aged feta cheese, ripe tomato, fresh basil, chopped onion and Atlantic salmon. Fresh baked cookies are included for dessert.
2. Falafel Power Bowl Salad: quinoa tabbouleh, black beans, ripe avocado, fresh chopped kale, and crispy falafel. Fresh baked cookies are included for dessert.
3. Chopped Chicken Salad: pieces of tender chicken mixed with crispy bacon, hard-boiled egg, cucumber, ripe tomato, and corn tossed in a creamy ranch dressing. Fresh baked cookies are included for dessert.
