On Saturday, June 14, 2025, the Interfaith Food Alliance, Pennsbury Kids, and Snipes Farm and Education Center are co-hosting a fundraiser supporting hunger relief efforts in Lower Bucks County.
Bring your own dinner, beverages, plates, napkins, and utensils to dine under the stars!
The outdoor evening will feature dinner in the meadow and live music in the pavilion.
For your convenience, you can pre-order a delicious dinner prepared by Christou Catering when you purchase your tickets. The dinners will be available for pickup at the event, and all will be served cold.
This a BYOB event. There will also be beer from Aristaeus Craft Brewing and wine from Innocenti Wines available for purchase.

The Interfaith Food Alliance is 14 faith based communities joining together to fight hunger in the Morrisville (PA) School District by educating the community, advocating for those in need, and feeding hungry children and their families.

Pennsbury
Kids
We are a 501(c)(3) working with the Pennsbury School District staff to provide funds for our students from the 10 elementary schools, 3 middle schools, and high school to have experiences and enrichment that would otherwise be unmet.

How do I get tickets?This event is by pre-registration only and there will be a check-in table at the entry. You do not need to bring a printout of your ticket - we will have your name on the list. The cost for the event is $45 per person. The ticket price is 100% tax-deductible. Guests must be 21 or older to attend. Tickets will not be sold at the event. Click here to reserve your ticket

What time and where should I arrive?Guests should arrive by 5:30 p.m. to enjoy a tour of the Snipes Farm, prepare for dinner, and to enjoy live music. Dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. and the evening is expected to end at 8:30 p.m. Snipes Farm and Education Center, 890 W. Bridge Street, Morrisville, Pennsylvania 19067. The Farm is adjacent to Route 1 South next to Bridge Street Golf.

What should I wear?The night is filled with conversation, dinner, and dancing. Guests are encouraged to dress smart-casual for outdoor dining and consider footwear that is appropriate for walking on a farm.

What is included in the ticket price?An amazing night on a beautiful farm, enjoyable conversation with friends and family, an opportunity to meet new people, live music, dancing, and all of this is under the evening sky! All proceeds from ticket sales will go toward helping local families in desperate need of food support.

Can I reserve my space or table?Tables cannot be reserved. Large parties are strongly encouraged to arrive early (although not earlier than 5:30 p.m.) to choose their desired space.

Do I need to bring anything?Guests are encouraged to bring their picnic dinner, beverages (including beer and wine), and anything else needed to enjoy their meal (e.g., plates, flatware, napkins). Prepackaged dinners will be available for purchase by pre-order ONLY. Coolers and food deliveries are welcomed. Beer from a local brewery and wine from Innocenti will be available for purchase at the event.

Where do I park?Snipes Farm has ample parking. Enter Snipes Farm and volunteers will guide you to the parking area.

What do I do if I need help getting to the registration area and tables?A golf cart is available to help those who need assistance to get from the parking lot to the registration area and tables. Please do not hesitate to alert a volunteer to your needs. If additional assistance is needed please contact Debbie Wachspress at (609) 310-1716 or email deb@pennsburykids.org no later than two weeks before the event so that arrangements can be made.

Can I get a refund if I cannot attend?Tickets are non-refundable, rain or shine. The purpose of the evening is to support hunger relief in Lower Bucks. Your ticket purchase is considered a donation to the 501(c)3 charitable host organizations and is tax-deductible. These three organizations work tirelessly to assist parents and guardians with feeding their families. If you would like to transfer your ticket, please email deb@pennsburykids.org and provide the name of the new participant to add to the check-in list.

What do I do if I cannot or do not wish to pay by credit card?To pay by check, make payable to Pennsbury Kids and mail to 2122 N Crescent Blvd, Yardley, PA 19067. Include names of attendees and meal choices. To pay for sponsorships by check, download the mail-in registration form found under the sponsorships tab. Deadline for sponsorships is May 23, 2025. What happens if it rains?This is a rain or shine event. If the weather is dangerous, the event will be canceled and all ticket sales will be considered donations. No refunds will be offered.

What are the meals that we can purchase?1. Toasted orzo salad with salmon: baby arugula, aged feta, pickled red onion, cherry tomato, garlic vinaigrette with Atlantic salmon. 2. Korean Chicken Rice Bowl: Gochujang-marinated chicken, julienned carrots, red peppers, pea shots in a sesame soy glaze topped with peanuts. 3. Falafel served over Greek Salad: Falafel served over romaine, red onion, cucumber, tomato, kalamata olive, and aged feta in a red wine vinaigrette. The pre-ordered meals will come with a large chocolate chip cookie, a bottle of water, utensils and napkins.
